Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery takes 1 – 2 business days for most Belgian mainland addresses, 2-5 business days with Europe and Asia. Find more information on our Belgian Delivery and International Delivery pages.

Do you ship to the USA

Yes we do. Delivery can take between 5 and 10 working days. 

Do you ship to Europe

Due to ongoing Brexit trade relations, our courier has suspended delivery to some European destinations. You can find full details of where we can ship alongside the costs on our International Delivery page.

What is Reduce & Recycle?

During checkout you have the option to choose our Reduce & Recycle service. Many of our products come in it’s original and gift carton, tube or box, which can be difficult to pack safely and difficult to recycle at home. By choosing not to receive this outer packaging you can save paper, reduce carbon emissions and save time at the recycling centre. Just let us know during checkout if you’d prefer not to receive any unnecessary packaging by ticking the box – and don’t worry, we won’t dismantle any gift packs you’ve ordered!

Please note: any recyclable boxes, cartons or tubes that we remove are sent for recycling immediately and so cannot be provided after your original order has been dispatched. For items with RRP greater than 150 euros, packaging is retained for a short time in case of returns.

What happens ifmy shipment is lost/damaged?

All orders are automatically insured against loss or damage for FREE. In the unlikely event that your shipment is damaged or lost, we will replace the product (if available) or issue a refund for the value of the goods.

Who will deliver my order?

We work with domestic and international couriers including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and DPD. Your shipment will be delivered by the courier that is most appropriate for your order and location.

Selling Whisky

Can I sell my whisky with the Collectable Whiski?

Yes! We regularly buy individual bottles and collections for our archive and we even help customers place their bottles in our rolling auctions. If you are looking to sell a bottle or a collection of bottles.

Can i sell my cask?

Yes – we also buy casks to bottle exclusively for our customers.

Gift Orders

Can i deliver to a third party?

Yes – simply enter the recipient’s address under ‘Shipping address’ during the checkout and enter your own details under ‘Billing address’.

Cn i adda personalised engraving to a bottle?

We can engrave a range of bottles with your own personalised message. The space available for the engraved message is limited by the shape and size of the bottle, but will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please note we cannot accept any message for engraving that contains explicit content or language that is deemed to be offensive. We engrave bottles at our Glasgow warehouse and orders can take an additional 2-3 working days to dispatch. If you require your engraved bottle urgently, please get in touch and we will try to be accommodating.

Can i add a gift message?

Yes – you can include a personalised gift message with your order. You can enter the message on the basket page during checkout and we will print this on a card to be included with your parcel.

Can you gift wrap?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service as our priority is to ensure that your delivery arrives safely and securely. You can include a gift message during checkout if you wish. We do not include prices in any of our shipments.

Do you include prices, invoices or receipts in gift orders?

All our orders include a packing slip with details of the purchaser and the delivery address, however these do not include any pricing or financial details so they are perfectly suited to gift orders.
